Haircare Routine Simplified

Shampooing and conditioning are commonly used in hair washing. These products are applied by massaging with the fingertips and allowing them to work for 3 minutes. Each product is used separately. Hair treatment can be used in the evenings, regardless of the hair's cleanliness. The following day, the hair should be washed thoroughly with ample water. The hair tonic is applied after washing the hair. The desired amount is sprayed directly onto the scalp. This step helps to nourish and revitalize the hair and scalp.

The order of the routine is as follows:

1. Shampooing: Massage the shampoo into the scalp and hair, allowing it to work for 3 minutes before rinsing.

2. Conditioning: Apply the conditioner, focusing on the lengths and ends of the hair. Let it sit for 3 minutes before rinsing.

3. Hair Treatment (optional): This can be used in the evenings, even if the hair is not freshly washed. The treatment should be applied to the scalp and hair.

4. Hair Tonic: After washing, spray the desired amount of tonic directly onto the scalp, distributing it evenly.

This straightforward haircare routine helps to maintain healthy, vibrant hair. Remember to follow the instructions for each product and adjust the frequency of use as needed, based on your individual hair type and concerns.
